  • We will accept any unused, unworn shoes with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return are properly packed.
  • Customer needs to return the goods via reliable courier service on his own expense to our shop address.
  • Delivery Charges are not refundable.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 days after communication and receiving the return products.
